Ever since Parramatta LGA was deemed a COVID ‘hot zone’, the whirring of police helicopters flying overhead has been relentless.

I snapped this beauty from my balcony, flying so low I hardly needed to use the zoom. The screenshot came out better than I expected; quite clear and in great detail.

Basically, all day and night the police are hovering over our homes, using their infra-red cameras to identify gatherings of people. They then radio through to the nearest patrol car to intercept.
