I’m not sure if this video clip is meant to be funny, but I can’t stop laughing at it.
It is from a late-eighties (McDonald’s-sponsored) ET rip-off titled ‘Mac and Me’.

What an outrage!

Today the great Aussie Cossack Channel was taken down from YouTube.
There were over 160,000 subscribers and views in excess of forty million.
Watching Cossack being hounded by police during the lockdowns was outstanding entertainment. His many run-ins with useless politicians and local councils brought smiles to many people’s faces.
The Aussie Cossack can still be watched on Rumble.

The NSW election was on today and as usual, there was not a lot of talent on show.
So, I took one look at the pathetic list of names on the ballot paper and did what any free thinking person would.

On the other hand, the Upper House ballot paper did have one option, in Group U.
Early counting suggests there will not be enough of us to make a serious dent.

I can only assume this happens through the wonders of site-sharing.
Either that or I’m big in France and Japan.
It looks kind of cool, but how do I get paid royalties?

Firstly, I should point out that I’m a big fan of this franchise.
The first Creed movie came out in 2015 and I would rate it as one of the best films of the last decade.
With Michael B Jordan starring and directing, as well as Jonathan Majors cast as the main antagonist, I quickly headed to the local cinema to watch this latest installment.
The film certainly did not disappoint, although I found elements of the plot to be a little contrived in order to take the characters to where they needed to go. I’m probably being a bit harsh there, but as an author I perceived it that way.
There was no Sylvester Stallone this time around and I don’t think the film needed him, but I’m surprised there was no cameo.
Overall, it was a great film that was presented differently to the typical Rocky/Creed formula.
I will conclude by saying that the other cinema goers gave the movie a round of applause at the end.
I don’t recall that happening for ‘The Rise of Skywalker’.

I recently passed through Uralla; a town known for the famous bushranger Thunderbolt.
There’s a statue of the outlaw by the main road, as well as his often visited grave.
Also, a little out of town lies ‘Thunderbolt’s Rock’, which I gather was his hiding spot back in the day.

Today I attended the latest addition of the ‘Worldwide Rally for Freedom’, this time held outside the Russian Consulate in Sydney.
As always, credit to the organisers and it was an enjoyable time for the few hundred that were there (including myself).
Will I go to the next one? Let’s wait and see.

I stepped inside the famous saddlery and took some photos.

Below is a link to Hugh Jackman’s version of the famous song. Well worth a look.

Hometown of Peter Allen and the famous ‘Tenterfield Saddler’.

If you are unaware of the famous song, please watch the video below;

This was the original NSW – Queensland border crossing.
The trains no longer come through here, giving the place an eerie feel.
